A Degree/diploma in Production/Agricultural qualification.
Previous vegetable farming experience advantageous.
Computer literate.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead and have good interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Valid driver’s license.
