MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A Degree/diploma in Production/Agricultural qualification.
- Previous vegetable farming experience advantageous.
- Computer literate.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and have good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license.
