MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of herd health, nutrition, and reproduction.
- Proven AI experience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Basic administration and record keeping.
- Mechanical and technical knowledge would be advantageous.
- Valid driver's license.
- Familiar with Afikim,4th Quadrant and Excel.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Complete management of the dairy and staff.
- Pasture and feed planning.
- Management of irrigation system and pastures.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and animal health.
- Collaboration with farm management and veterinarian.
