MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ previous experience with citrus farming
- Strong management and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to make decisions in stressful environments
- Computer literate
- Ability to speak Xhosa highly advantageous
- Proven mechanical and maintenance experience essential
- Valid code 10 or code 14 driver’s license advantageous
