MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years’ previous experience with citrus farming.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to speak Xhosa highly advantageous.
- Proven mechanical and maintenance experience essential.
- Valid code 10 or code 14 driver’s license advantageous.
