Garden Route Area – Western Cape: The ideal candidate has a passion for growing high quality fruit. This is an all-encompassing vacancy, and the successful candidate will be responsible for all farm aspects of production.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree or similar.
- Min of 3 years fruit farming experience.
- Previous experience with strawberries and raspberries preferred.
- Must have sound experience on all aspects pertaining to soft fruit growing.
- Significant experience managing diverse and large groups of employees.
- Computer literate.
- Previous experience with the supervision of chemical applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Well-developed time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
