Marble Hall Area – Limpopo: Senior Production Floor Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day running of our food production floor. This role is operational and practical, requiring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a visible presence on the production floor.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Related qualification advantageous
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with production lines, food safety systems (HACCP), and quality assurance will be highly beneficial
- Computer literate
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and numeracy skills
- Ability to lead and have good interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Lead production staff on the floor, ensure production targets are met, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and support quality and compliance requirements.
