MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural diploma / degree.
- Qualification in horticulture and or agronomy advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in growing seedlings.
- Previous flower (roses) vegetable experience.
- Computer literate.
- Strong management skills.
- Ability to motivate and work with a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
