This role involves the full payroll life cycle including statutory reporting & audit compliance as well as general HR duties.
The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Relevant post matric qualification would be advantageous
· Solid knowledge of payroll and relevant reconciliations (knowledge of PaySpace would be advantageous)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Full scope of HR experience (3-5 years)
· Self-starter, integrity, energetic, pro-active, attention to detail/accuracy
· Intermediate excel skills required
