Citrusdal area, Western Cape Province – South Africa: Coordinator – Packshed, Sales & Hospitality is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the packshed, assisting with flower sales, customer communication, freight and export logistics, while coordinating the hospitality operations.
This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient operational planning, excellent customer service, effective communication and smooth day-to-day business activities across both the agricultural and hospitality divisions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Logistics, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field will be advantageous.
- Valid driver & licence.
- 2–5 years & experience in agriculture, logistics, hospitality, customer service or operations.
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience will be advantageous.
- Experience in export logistics or freight coordination will be advantageous.
- Experience managing guest accommodation or hospitality operations will be advantageous.
