Piet Retief Area, Mpumalanga Province – South Africa: Seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and reliable Milk Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of the milk processing plant on a well-established Jersey dairy farm in Mpumalanga.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience managing a milk processing or dairy factory.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of dairy processing, quality assurance, and food safety standards.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills will be an advantage.
- Valid driver's licence preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Manage all aspects of the milk processing facility.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality control.
- Supervise and motivate factory staff.
- Monitor production efficiency and maintain processing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and dairy industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Work closely with the farm management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
