MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Formal Hospitality/Lodge/Project and/or Maintenance qualifications
· 3 - 5 years in either safari, hunting or equivalent lodge management
· Guest forward thinking with strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
· Computer literate
· Must be able to lead, direct, and support other team members
· This position requires resourcefulness and effective critical thinking, judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Valid driver’s licence
