Fouriesburg / Bethlehem area – Free State: The person is responsible for the sustainable and profitable production of Bonsmara cattle from natural pastures, planted pastures and crop residues.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous.
- Previous Stud and commercial cattle farming experience essential.
- Min of 3 previous years’ experience in livestock farming.
- Strong stockmanship and passion for animals.
- Ability to AI advantageous.
- Computer literate.
- Maintenance orientated.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Passionate, energetic, pro-active and independent.
- Ability to lead and work with a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
