MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent planning, organising, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Computer literacy (basic MS Office).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing day-to-day farm operations.
- Supervising farm workers and contractors.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Managing budgets, stock, and procurement of supplies.
- Monitoring farm equipment and arranging maintenance.
