MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/ Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture.
- 3 years Orchard experience.
- Computer literate.
- Familiarity with GlobalGAP and Siza standards.
- Great time management skills.
- Must be trustworthy, hardworking and lead by example.
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Being maintenance orientated.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Pruning, Irrigation, and fertigation.
- Tree-Training.
- Harvest Estimates.
- Audit Assistance.
- Record keeping.
- Weed control & Fire Control.
