Saudi Arabia area – Saudi Arabia: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing substantial fruit growing farms from planting to harvest. The ideal candidate will have very strong management skills.
Due to the remote location of the farm this position would suit a single person.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Degree related to Agriculture.
- In depth understanding of Financial and Administration operations.
- Sufficient understanding in these areas to allow knowledgeable in-depth monitoring of operations and performance of line management.
- Previous experience with Date farming advantageous.
- Background of managing large scale tree crops will be considered.
- Extremely strong man management skills are absolutely essential.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Valid passport.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Responsible for the technical and financial management of the farms.
- Staff management of a workforce made up of up to 270 multi nationals.
- Responsible for analysis feedback from the line management team.
