Western Cape – South Africa: We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Farm Manager with solid leadership skills and a true owner’s mentality to take charge of day-to-day operations on a diverse farming unit.
This role requires someone with broad, practical experience across key farming areas – including livestock, planting, mechanical maintenance, irrigation systems (Conala), and basic medical care (medics). MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in agricultural field
· Proven previous cropping experience (wheat & canola)
· Proven experience with cattle
· Experience with GPS, autosteer
· Maintenance and mechanically orientated
· Good record keeping skills
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Ability to lead and work with a team
· Computer literate
· Valid driver’s license
