MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agriculture Diploma/Degree.
- Previous experience with flower farming.
- Experience of growing in greenhouses and with knowledge of fertigation systems will be preferred.
- Good planning skills and the ability to work with workers is important.
- Computer literate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong management skills.
- Valid driver’s license.

- General farm management.
- Admin.
- Responsible for production, labour and growing.
- Water management, fertilizer & pest control.
