Excelsior / Winburg area, Free State province – South Africa: If you are an experienced farm manager with the relevant knowledge and skills and ‘ownership’ mentality this position could be for you.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous.
- Previous Stud and commercial cattle farming experience essential.
- Min of 4 previous years’ experience in livestock farming.
- Previous feedlot experience essential.
- Ability to AI advantageous.
- Previous cropping experience.
- Computer literate – experience with Logix program.
- Maintenance orientated.
- Strong stockmanship.
- Strong admin and record keeping skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with and motivate a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
