MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Five or more years of experience managing environmentally controlled poultry houses.
· Strong mechanical and electrical proficiency
· Experience with SKOV/MUNTERS climate control systems
· Computer literate with solid record-keeping skills
· Proven ability to lead a team and drive productivity.
· Physically fit with no allergies to feathers/dust.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
· Oversee daily operations of broiler houses, including chick placement, feeding, ventilation, and bird health.
· Manage climate control systems to ensure optimal production conditions
· Monitor and maintain water, feed, and sanitation systems
· Enforce biosecurity protocols and ensure accurate documentation
· Lead, train, and manage farm staff effectively
