Due to the farm's remote location, this position is ideally suited to a couple or an individual who is comfortable living in a rural setting.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous.
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous cattle farming experience essential.
- Great stockmanship essential.
- Computer literate.
- Must have high levels of energy, creativity, honest, driven, organised & practically minded.
- Ability to work with and motivate staff.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Maintenance orientated.
- Valid driver’s licence.
