Mkushi area – Zambia: The successful candidate will manage operations and work closely with farmers during spraying season. After spraying season, the successful candidate will travel across Zambia to promote the company’s agricultural drone services, build relationships with farmers, and grow the company’s customer base.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Aviation, Engineering, GIS, or related field.
- 2 -5 years’ experience in drone / UAS operations.
- Valid Remote Pilot licence.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations.
- Demonstrate leadership or drone team management experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Head the company’s drone branch in Mkushi.
- Deal with farmers and oversee daily branch operations.
- Manager stock and spare parts for the Mkushi branch.
- During off-season, visit farmers, mines, and lodges across Zambia to market and sell drone services.
- In the near future, build and lead the Mkushi drone spraying team.
