MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous.
- Min of 5 years previous farm work experience.
- Previous Dairy farming & cropping experience.
- Must be well-organised with great leadership qualities..
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with and motivate a team.
- Being maintenance/mechanically.
- Somebody who can take ownership and works independently and proactively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid passport.
