- Management experience to perform independently
- Practical experience in and training regarding grazing management
- Practical experience with animal nutrition and diseases
- Experience with pivot irrigation and maintenance
- Experience in sowing, planting, haymaking, and silage production
- General staff management functions
- Administrative discipline
- Experience with AI (artificial insemination), pregnancy testing, and herd management
- Experience with Afikim
