MINIMUM RERQUIREMENTS
· Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
· Minimum 4 years management experience in agriculture
· Proven hands-on experience with maize, soya, sugar beans, grass hay
· Proven experience working with large combine harvesters and planting equipment essential
· Ability to lead and work with a team
· Computer literate
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proven experience working with GPS and all modern precision farming systems
· Strong mechanical skills
· Valid driver’s license
