MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric.
- BRCGS or HACCP certification.
- 2–3 years packhouse compliance experience.
- Knowledge of food safety auditing.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Monitor and interpret regulatory, food safety, quality, and health & safety requirements.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance walkthroughs.
- Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformances, including root cause analysis.
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate pest control, environmental monitoring, glass control, HACCP, and food safety meetings.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and risk assessments are correctly implemented.
- Analyse test results and provide timely feedback to management.
- Support audit scheduling, communication, and reporting.
- Ensure staff training on packhouse processes, standards, and regulations.
- Manage consumables and perform stock control.
- Perform additional duties as required, including off-season tasks.
