Southern Vietnam Area – Vietnam: This is a unique opportunity to work in one of the world’s most dynamic agricultural environments—Southern Vietnam: home to over 250,000 hectares of pomelo, lime, orange, and mandarin farms.

MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of practical experience on a citrus farm.

- Highly motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.

- Strong ability to supervise local farm teams.

- Hardworking, hands-on approach.

- Experience with organic citrus production (a “nice to have”).

- Fluent in English.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Manage and optimize all citrus production activities on our pomelo training

farms:

- Monitor crop health and execute timely interventions.

- Implement and track fertilization, irrigation, and spraying programs.

- Conduct pruning and other key tree care operations.

- Plan and coordinate harvest activities.

- Ensure high standards of farm hygiene, safety, and sustainability.

- Responsible for the farms to be compliant with Globalgap/GRASP/LEAF.

- Deliver top-tier farm performance, setting an inspiring example for smallholders .

Capacity Building & Farmer Support

- Support development of training materials and programs.

- Train extension teams and smallholder farmers.

- Assist in various citrus development projects across Southern Vietnam.

Reporting

- Monitor and report upon P&L of the training farms and the RoI of various technologies and farming methods which are tested.

- Report progress, challenges, and insights directly to the Fruit Production Manager.
