Our client is looking for a Broiler Breeder Site Manager to join the team in Dalton Area – KwaZulu Natal
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification in poultry or Agricultural Science advantageous
- Proven experience managing large broiler breeder flocks
- Proven experience working with environmentally controlled houses and technical understanding of these systems
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Computer literate
- Hands-on operational expertise and track record of achieving fertility, hatchability, and production KPI’s
- A solid understanding of breeder technical guidelines (e.g. Aviagen, Cobb)
