Atlantis Area – Western Cape: This position requires a candidate with extensive knowledge managing and developing of Blueberry farms from the ground up.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous.
- 5 years management experience preferably in blueberries.
- Strong technical knowledge in IPM, fertilization practices and irrigation.
- Good administrative and computer skills (MS Office especially Excel).
- Emotionally intelligent, performs well under pressure and adapts well to changing circumstances.
- Maintenance and mechanically orientated.
- Ability to motivate and work with staff.
- Valid driver’s license.
