MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree.
- At least 3 years’ experience in tree crops.
- Knowledge of Avocado farming and strong understanding of Avocado production.
- Must have good record keeping skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be hardworking, driven to succeed and initiative.
- Excellent communication.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid passport.
