MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- NQF 4, S3 or equivalent Cheese Manufacturing Qualification.
- Dairyman or Cheese Making qualification advantageous.
- Min of 3 years cheese making experience.
- Computer literate.
- Proven ability to understand and interpret dairy processes.
- Experience working with multiple types of cheese.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills.
