- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in agronomy.
- Min of 3 years previous pecan nut farming experience.
- Must have ownership mentality.
- Strong management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team.
- Being maintenance/mechanically orientated.
- Computer literate.
- Valid driver’s license.
