Workshop Manager - Massey Furguson FM2226

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Trade tested diesel mechanic or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of mechanical experience on a large-scale commercial operation
• Thorough knowledge of Agricultural mechanics
• AGCO experience & running a fleet of Massey Furguson tractors, tracked Challengers and Challenger combine harvesters
• Experience with Massey Furguson Farming Equipment advantageous
• Proven ability to maintain a vehicle fleet and farm equipment
• Computer Literate
• Must be honest, reliable and hardworking
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to motivate a team
• Valid Driver’s license
• Valid passport
