· Agricultural Diploma/Degree
· Minimum 8 years management experience in agriculture
· Proven experience with maize, soya & sorghum advantageous
· Proven experience working with large combine harvesters and planting equipmentessential

· Computer literate

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Maintenance and mechanically orientated
