Our client is looking for a Milk Factory Manager to join the team in Paulpietersburg – KwaZulu Natal
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Diploma/Degree
Min of 3 years’ experience in similar position/role
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
Computer literate
Proven ability to manage/maintain systems
Previous HR and labour experience highly advantageous
Appreciates attention to detail
Strong leadership skills
Experience in overseeing production process from raw milk to finished product, always maintaining quality.
Experience with – staff training / manage package levels / manage stock levels / manage staff, including disciplinary process and leave planning / stock control during production phase and other
