MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
· Minimum of 5 years dairy herd management
· Previous pasture management experience
· Ability to AI
· Great stockmanship
· Computer literacy essential
· Maintenance orientated
· Strong administrative skills
· Ability to work with and motivate a team
· Valid driver’s license
