MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Pastel accounting experience
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant debtors or finance experience
· Packhouse experience will be an advantage
· Studying towards a finance degree or diploma will be advantageous
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking
· Ethical, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
· Monitor and manage company receivables
· Ensure timely invoicing and collections from agents and debtors
· Perform in depth revenue and debtors’ reconciliations monthly
· Invoicing and collection of cash sales and recoveries
· Processing of Cashbook and petty cash
· Projections for producers biannually
