- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
- Min of 2 previous years farm management experience
- Min of 2 years previous milking parlous management experience
- Proven ability to AI
- Maintenance orientated
- Computer literate
- Ability to lead and work within a team
- Valid driver’s license
