MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Agricultural Diploma/ Degree.
- Previous Agronomy experience preferred.
- Min of 4 years previous vegetable farm management experience.
- Proven working knowledge of vegetable production.
- Computer literate.
- Being maintenance orientated essential.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team.
- Valid driver’s license.
