MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Degree / Diploma.
- Min of 3 previous years’ experience in sugar cane & timber farming.
- Experience in growing sugar cane.
- Computer literate.
- Somebody who can take ownership, come up with new ideas, and works independently and proactively.
- Ability to speak Zulu.
- Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team.
- Maintenance orientated.
- Valid driver’s license.
