Malawi area – Malawi: An exciting opportunity is available for a highly qualified candidate, who will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role represents a key senior management position within the organization.
Due to the location of the farm the client will consider single or married candidates with no kids.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree.
- At least 10 years of experience in large-scale farming operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Previous production management experience essential.
- Computer literate.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to work with and within a budget.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong administrative and record keeping skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid passport.
