Delmas area – Mpumalanga: The Senior Farm Manager is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial management of the commercial production of carrots, beetroots, and fennel. The role ensures optimal yields, consistent quality, efficient labour utilization, and full compliance with agricultural, food safety, environmental, and labour regulations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree.
- Min of 3 years previous crop farm management experience.
- Computer literate.
- Strategic decision-making.
- Crop and soil management expertise.
- Cost control and profitability analysis.
- Leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
