Oyster Bay/Humansdorp Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for a Senior Dairy Farm Manager to join the team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural degree/diploma advantageous.
- Min of 5 years previous dairy experience.
- Min of 5 years previous pasture management experience.
- Computer literate with experience on Afikim and 4th Quadrant.
- Great stockmanship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have good people skills.
- Being mechanically orientated is advantageous.
- Strong record of management skills.
- Ability to speak Xhosa is advantageous.
- Must be a team player.
