South Africa – South Africa: The successful candidate may be located anywhere in South Africa and will be required to travel both nationally and internationally.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma in Marketing / Sales advantageous.

- At least 3 years Sales Manager experience.

- Agricultural background essential.

- Strong knowledge of fresh produce and seasonal variations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

- Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Must have strong leadership and communications skills.

- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem- solving skill.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

- Present, promote and sell products.

- Build long term relationships with customers.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

- Take responsibility for customer complaints and actively work to resolve them.

- Manage sales team, Drafts person & marketing activities.

- Address internal staff issues (Sales department).

- Oversee annual sales budget, territory estimates & market potential.

- Admin duties.
