MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Trade tested diesel mechanic or equivalent qualification
· At least 5 years of mechanical experience on a large-scale commercial operation
· Thorough knowledge of Agricultural mechanics
· Solid background in mechanical electrics and basic understanding of construction
· Computer Literate
· Must be honest, reliable and hardworking
· Strong management & organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· Ability to motivate a team
· Valid Driver’s license
· Valid passport
