Brits Area – North West: This reputable company seeks to employ a Packhouse Manager who will be responsible for co-ordination and supervision of all pack-house related activities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma advantageous.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a packhouse / production / operations role.
- Previous vegetable farming experience.
- Computer literate.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with global standards and certifications such as GlobalGAP, FSSC (Food Safety System Certification), and Siza.
- Ability to work with and motivate a team.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Maintenance orientated.
- Energetic, hardworking, and self-driven individual.
- Valid driver’s license.
