Burgersfort Area – Limpopo: Responsible for accurately managing maintenance records, inventory, tools, and spare parts to ensure efficient operations, equipment uptime, and compliance.

MINIMUM REQIREMENTS

- Matric (Grade 12).

- Relevant admin or operations experience (maintenance/workshop advantageous).

- Experience with stock control, records, and basic computer systems.

- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO

- Capture and maintain accurate maintenance records, job cards, and task lists.

- Manage tools, inventory, spare parts, stock takes, and ordering.

- Ensure high equipment uptime and availability for production.

- Process supplier quotes, deliveries, and system updates.

- Support meetings, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, health, and safety standards.

- Communicate stock levels, compliance issues, and maintenance updates effectively.

- Demonstrate accountability, teamwork, and a positive work ethic.
