Addo area – Eastern Cape: Looking for a candidate who is passionate about the hospitality industry and who possess strong leadership skills to fill the role as the Lodge Manager.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in administration or hospitality.
- 3 - 5 years in either safari, hunting or equivalent lodge management.
- Guest forward thinking with strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
- Must be able to lead, direct, and support other team members.
- This position requires resourcefulness and effective critical thinking, judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s licence.
