Pretoria Area – Gauteng: To ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day management of layer hens for egg production, including feeding, monitoring health and biosecurity compliance, collecting eggs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree in Animal Production.
- 2 – 3 years relevant experience in a similar role.
- Computer literate.
- Hardworking and reliable with a positive attitude.

- Bird Management Duties.
o Flock Monitoring and Health Reporting.
o Mortality Inspection and Disposal.
o Veterinary and Health Interventions.
o Weekly Bird Weighing.

- Curtain Management.
