Minna Area – Nigeria: Our client seeks to employ a Junior Processing Factory Manager to ensure the smooth running of their plant.
Due to the accommodation on the farm this position would suit a single person.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Diploma/Degree.
- Min of 3 years’ experience in similar position/role.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
- Computer literate.
- Proven ability to manage/maintain systems.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience in overseeing production process from raw milk to finished product, always maintaining quality.
- Valid passport.
